We offer both "Live Echizen Crab" and "Live Sea of Japan Snow Crab."
Selected with the strict eye of our owner, a crab fisherman with over 45 years of experience,
we serve them with the utmost care and dedication.

Why We Offer "Sea of Japan Snow Crab"
地球温暖化や冬の悪天候の影響により、「越前がに」は年々減少傾向にあります。それに対し、世界的な需要増など様々な要因で、安定した品質で充分な量を確保できない状況となってしまいました。
Due to global warming and severe winter weather, the catch of "Echizen Crab" has been decreasing year by year. Combined with increasing global demand, it has become difficult to secure a sufficient quantity with stable quality.
そのような状況の中、私たちがお客様のために何ができるのかと考えたとき、安定しない品質の中で「越前がに」だけにこだわることよりも、私たちが絶対に自信を持てる品質のカニを選定し、お客様にご提供することにこだわりたいと考えました。
In this situation, we asked ourselves what is best for our customers. Rather than sticking only to "Echizen Crab" with unstable quality, we decided to focus on selecting and serving crabs of a quality that we can be absolutely confident in.

「活蟹コース」「活 越前がに御膳」
ご注文のお客様に限り承ります。
Accepted only for "Live Crab Course" or "Live Echizen Crab Gozen".
- ご予約の際に＜お時間＞＜人数＞＜コース＞をお伺いいたします。Please provide Time, Number of People, and Course when booking.
- コースをお決めいただいてからご連絡ください。Please decide on your course before contacting us.
- ※単品でのご予約は出来かねます。（当日追加可）*Reservation for A la Carte only is not available (can be added on the day).
- ※ご到着が遅れられますと、お食事時間が短くなってしまう場合がございます。*Late arrival may result in shorter dining time.
