当店は越前漁港の目の前に位置し、冬は越前がにの水揚げ量日本一を誇ります。
春から秋にかけては、底曳き漁で揚がる旬の魚介や、定置網漁で揚がる四季折々の新鮮な海の幸を最高の状態でお出ししております。
Located right in front of Echizen Port, we boast the largest catch of Echizen Crab in winter. From spring to autumn, we serve seasonal seafood caught by bottom trawling and fixed-net fishing in its best condition.

At "Echizen," we offer fresh seafood throughout the year. As fishermen ourselves, we catch and source the fresh fish served in our restaurant. Enjoy a variety of seafood dishes, including value set meals and rice bowls.

Enjoy seasonal dishes that change with the times of the year. In summer, we offer luxurious courses using "Black Abalone," a high-end ingredient. We also serve live flounder, live squid, oniebi shrimp, rosy seabass (nodoguro), tilefish, and turban shells.
