私たちは底引き網組合員が運営する漁師直営店です。荒波の日本海で、命がけで獲ってきた魚たち。その「本当の美味しさ」を知っているのは、私たち漁師です。
We are a restaurant directly managed by the bottom trawling fishermen's union. We risk our lives in the rough Sea of Japan to bring you the best catch. We know the true taste because we are the fishermen who caught them.
